Job Description Job Title: HSEQ Coordinator Department: Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Location: Castleford Working Hours: 40 hours per week Job Overview: The HSEQ Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all health, safety, and quality standards are adhered to on-site.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager and the Group Safety & Quality Manager UK, the successful candidate will assist the business in maintaining a safe and compliant environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.
The role will also focus on supporting the efficient operation of the site, contributing to customer and employee satisfaction, and continuously improving health, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure a comprehensive understanding of and adherence to all health, safety, and quality protocols and policies to ensure the safety of staff, contractors, and visitors.
Document and report any incidents, accidents, non-conformances, or near misses, and drive corrective actions to address these issues.
Assist in emergency situations and provide support to First Aiders and site management during incidents.
