Role Purpose Responsible for SuccessFactors technical ownership and product health.
The Scrum Master will be responsible the operational availability and change agenda for the LRQA HR platform (SAP Success Factors).
They will also be responsible for formulating and driving strategy in conjunction with the HRIS Product Owner.
This will ensure that SuccessFactors remains a strategic, reliable and centralised platform that effectively supports the LRQA workforce and facilitates business growth.
Role responsibilities: Overlaying SuccessFactors improvements and upgrades against business strategies and priorities to determine what items should form part of the Product backlog Leading the review of SuccessFactors items that will form part of the Product backlog and prioritizing them accordingly.
Strong alignment to Agile working practises.
Coordinating with the Product Owner to help represent the views of the business and stakeholders in the design and upgrade of products Ensuring the needs of the business are understood though regular and ongoing engagement with the Product owner and core business stakeholders Contributing to the broader product ecosystem through good practice, sharing knowledge and working with others to solve problems and provide new perspectives Operational availability of the HRIS Platform.
Leads and Co-ordinates the realization of upgrades and changes to SuccessFactors Contributes to the Identification and management of technical projects necessary to ensure required and established SuccessFactors service levels are maintained Owns the relationship with 3rd party suppliers that support the operational and change agenda of the HRIS platform.
Ensures that the supplier meets SLA's and KPI's Is responsible for and manages the budget associated with the platform.
Supports the management of strategic capacity, consumption and performance management (Forecast and management based on business plans) Supports the management of software licenses, security certificates and contracts with service providers Contributes to the safeguarding of the availability of all necessary application/service knowledge and documentation Collaborates across LRQA Application Services to identify and communicate integration issues between services Engages with others to define technical requirements in consultation with internal Infrastructure, InfoSec, Service Delivery and other teams.
Build, manage, maintain and prioritise the product backlog so SuccessFactors evolves and improves, meeting business objectives Using elicited requirements populate Product Backlogs to summarise the objectives, outline business case, scope, completion criteria, acceptance and other components of new demand items.
Define and clarify requirements of a story, and assist with team understanding Experience / Knowledge: Experienced in managing large scale IT projects from inception to delivery Experience as a SuccessFactors (or other Tier 1 SaaS based platform) Scrum Master, with exposure to Product Manager/Owner responsibilities Experience working with SuccessFactors and SuccessFactors automation products (or other Tier 1 HR SaaS platforms) SuccessFactors (or other Tier 1 SaaS based platform) certified.
Experienced in ensuring operational availability of major SaaS based platforms and well versed in Incident and Major Incident Management Direct line management experience Budgetary experience Experienced in working with 3rd party suppliers Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to communicate complex messages, constructively challenge and guide stakeholders The ability to explain complexity in a clear, succinct way, providing advice and recommendations to influence decision making across stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite Result driven, analytical and innovative individual with the ability to decipher business requirements and convert them effectively into new technology solutions Result oriented, assertive, flexible and enthusiastic team player with a "can do" attitude Good team player with the skills to work effectively in a global environment with colleagues of different cultures, contribute to multiple interrelated projects, setting clear priorities If you think you are up for the task and feel you meet the above criteria or interested to hear more information, please contact me on ****** Please note, in the event of a high volume of applications for this role, we will not be able to respond to each individual applicant.
