We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic  HRIS Time & Attendance Project Lead   to join our IT team on a fixed term contract basis, based in Solihull, West Midlands.
Flexible/Hybrid working available.
The role is   part of a team that is responsible for the implementation of SuccessFactors.
The role is pivotal in helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution working with our selected integration partner.
You will be an experienced workforce management functional consultant or a Time & Attendance Manager, who has experience of implementing Workforce as part of SuccessFactors implementation, with a passion for creating first class time and attendance solutions and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
A key part of this role is undertaking a review of current processes within the workstream and being able to identify opportunities to improve or simplify the processes within the organisational guidelines and constraints.
Main responsibilities   In this role you'll:   Implement a Workforce Time and Attendance system with precision and timeliness.
Be responsible for managing the Time and Attendance workstream Collaborate with the wider Tarmac Implementation Teams and our integration partner to ensure seamless move to Success Factors Define, document, and optimise the HR processes, ensuring alignment with the organisation's Time & Attendance policies and compliance requirements Collaborate with the wider HR and business teams to capture Time & Attendance related requirements to assist with ensuring they are accurately configured Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) for HR functions to verify that time & attendance is fit for purpose.
Oversee data migration and cutover activities Support integrations and interfaces Identify and address any issues in the implementation, maintaining a commitment to delivering a high-quality solution Develop and refine business processes in alignment with needs Identify and implement improvement opportunities to exceed growth targets Fully support the deployment of the time and attendance solution to our operational sites using a targeted roll out approach Provide coaching and feedback to team members, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships - Ensuring smooth handover of fully implemented payrolls to the Operations team.
Experience & qualifications   To be successful in this role you'll need:   Extensive functional experience of deploying end-to-end Workforce alongside SuccessFactors solutions implementation.
In-depth expertise in time and attendance (including scheduling) delivery lifecycles, including hands-on experience of design, testing to go live.
Knowledge of UK-specific time and attendance laws and regulations.
An understanding of SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) and experience of implementing workforce T&A solutions into it.
An understanding of integrating and interfaces into HR solutions within complex IT environments across multiple HR systems and platforms Able to demonstrate thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in both functional and technical experience in Workforce alongside SuccessFactors solutions.
Developed collaboration skills, ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders A drive to succeed in challenging situations To be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances To be Data driven To be curious with the ability to identify system and process improvements and deliver the required changes to implement them successfully.
