I am excited to support a top-tier professional services firm in recruiting an HRIS & Data Manager, using Sage People as an essential requirement of the role.
Key responsibilities include optimising system workflows and processes, ensuring data accuracy, managing system and data quality control, and generating a variety of HR management information and reports.
Working closely with the Head of HR Operations, this role will spearhead strategic initiatives and collaborate with HR colleagues.
This is an exciting chance to carve out global procedures and policies relating to the Sage People HR system, and further bolster the already implemented modules, with a view of creating an HR technology roadmap for the coming years.
Responsibilities: Essential in-depth knowledge of Sage People HRIS for configuration and reporting.
Power BI or other data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
Encourage effective teamwork by sharing knowledge and experience and contributing to policy, process, and practice improvements.
Take full charge of the administration and delivery of the company's HRIS, including user access security management, troubleshooting issues, system monitoring and auditing, problem-solving, and implementing solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to analyze data, trends, and management information, providing insights to guide people's planning and activities.
Build and sustain relationships with the Technology, Transformation, and Data teams to align digital roadmaps, system upgrades, and the overall HR strategy.
Aid in developing a comprehensive set of regular reports and KPIs to ensure timely and accurate management reporting, minimizing manual efforts, and promptly addressing ad hoc report requests.
Oversee data production for the annual reward cycle, including data input into the reward tool and executive summaries.
Perform regular validation and accuracy checks on system data, resolving any errors identified.
Contribute to specific projects driving forward people priorities or departmental changes, ensuring alignment with business needs and adherence to policy and best practices.
Roadmap and Projects: Oversee and manage HR system projects aimed at improving processes and systems.
Develop and implement a digital roadmap, pinpointing areas for change and enhancement in all HR-related systems or processes, boosting process efficiencies within the HR Team.
Stay ahead of legislative changes, system trends, and best practices, recommending and implementing suitable system upgrades, developments, and process improvements for both HR and payroll.
Optimize the use of technology and automate processes wherever possible.
The role offers a competitive package of up to £70,000 p.a.
on a permanent basis.
