You'll play a key part in ensuring Workday effectively supports our people, payroll processes, and initiatives across the organisation.

), implementing updates and minor enhancements under the guidance of the HR Systems Manager Generating reports to support HR operations and strategic decision-making Helping generate and maintain dashboards while providing assistance to people wishing to use discovery boards Documenting configuration changes, processes, and system updates to support efficient HRIS management and knowledge-sharing Assisting with the preparation of training materials and delivering training sessions to promote effective use of the Workday system Working with the HR Systems Manager to identify opportunities for system enhancements, recommending improvements to streamline HR processes and increase system efficiency If you are our ideal HR Systems Analyst, you will: Be yourself!
Have previous experience in an HRIS or HR Analyst role Be highly inquisitive with proficiency in data management and analysis Have good attention to detail, especially in data entry Bring your positive energy to work with you every day Be confident and comfortable communicating with all levels of the business and be able to build a great rapport with the team around you Be hungry to learn and support our growing team!
