HR Specialist - SPIRUp to £38 per hourFilton - 3 days in office12 months contractIO Associates is seeking for a HR Specialist - SPIR for the Filton site.
You will join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors.
This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.You will lead HR support in M&A projects, providing expertise to align with business objectives.
You need to ensure legal monitoring to anticipate upcoming reforms and their impacts on the company.
Ensure information & consultation process and coordinate implementation at national/local level in collaboration with SPIR BP: END to END (ensure compliance with law requirements).SkillsCIPD Level 5 qualified and/or hold a legal qualificationMinimum of 5 years' experience in a HR roleNeed to have an understanding of employment law and legislationsRole will include stake holder management and policy writing With a legacy of impactful contributions, it remains a pivotal force in engineering and support services on an international scale.
