Are you passionate about HR and project management?
We're looking for a dynamic individual to support our HR Project Manager in driving continuous improvement across Kepak Meat Division HR function.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our HR practices, processes, systems, and service delivery are top-notch, helping us achieve our strategic goals.
This is a full time remote position but successful candidate needs to be prepared to travel to our Bodmin site on a regular basis.
What You'll Do: Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with the HR Project Manager and project team members to organize and manage all project tasks.
Plan and Monitor: Assist in planning, monitoring, and managing the project portfolio to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Track Progress: Keep an eye on project timelines, scope, resources, and budgets, and escalate any issues to the HR Project Manager if things go off track.
Support Daily Activities: Help with the day-to-day activities of the project portfolio, ensuring teams have the resources they need and tasks are completed on time.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Carry out data analysis and provide regular reports to ensure all HR-related projects and activities run smoothly.

- Experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation.
- Ability to work with business and project stakeholders at all levels within the organisation and across the group.
- High level of emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ambition to develop self to achieve personal and business goals - Ability to multitask, execute projects successfully, work under own initiative to deliver to agreed/required deadlines.
- Strong IT skills (particularly MS Office) - Proven track record of generating qualitative and quantitative data, data analysis and managing records.
- Expert knowledge of using project management tools.
- Experience in implementing Payroll, HRIS and Time and Attendance systems.
