Working within the People Services Projects Team, this role will collaborate with Senior HR leaders, our Technology Group and Responsible AI team to deliver an AI pilot within HR.
Whilst there is an absolute need to be measured and mindful regarding the usage and integrity of AI capabilities, this work presents an opportunity to deliver both operational efficiencies and significant transformational change to the way we engage our workforce.
A prerequisite for successful implementation of digital capabilities and AI is appropriate data governance, information sources and business processes.
This role will help understand the impacts and work required to successfully pilot AI interventions and the change management activities required to set it up for success.
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these insights into a clear and actionable project plan.
This involves identifying how AI can make an impact and owning the roadmap to transform those aspirations into reality.Main Responsibilities The role is responsible for adeptly managing project complexities, ensuring timely delivery while meeting stakeholder expectations.

Are you the right candidate?
The successful candidate will be an established project manager with experience in AI transformation, ideally gained from the HR digital space.
You will have excellent communication and influencing skills that can be utilised across a broad range of stakeholders in a changing environment.
• Experience of successfully managing projects with multiple stakeholders in a complex fast-changing environment• Demonstrable expertise and experience in delivering projects in digital HR technology, in particular AI experience• Experience of working across multi country stakeholder groups and the nuances of project delivery on an international scale• Demonstrable professional development with a recognised project management qualification or equal experience (e.g.
