A first appointment HR People Business Partner opportunity with a dynamic scale up retail business committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

They are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR and People Business Partner to lead their Human Resources function and drive people strategy.

Key Responsibilities Culture Development: Promote and nurture a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values and mission. Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. Foster open communication and a supportive work environment. Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops. Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization. HR Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, People or Talent Acquisition role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
