HR & Payroll Administrator  20 hours a week (working pattern can be discussed) The role: ·          Accurately process starters, leavers and contract variations within the payroll system ·          Calculate and process payments and deductions in compliance with relevant legislation ·          Analyse payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies ·          Collating payroll data for processing ·          Producing HR-related documentation, such as contract amendments, employment references, and long service letters, salary increase and promotion letters.
·          Ensure accurate Right to Work evidence has been received and filed accurately and audited for compliance.
·          Respond to employee queries and providing general HR support ·          Assisting with the creation of employee communications such as newsletters, handbooks and surveys ·          Ensuring accurate data and record-keeping on the HR and Payroll system.
·          Audit all employee documents to ensure it is completed and in date and following regulations including, Risk Assessments, Health checklists and DPS.
·          Supporting HR meetings, including note taking   The person: ·          Highly professional detailed orientated individual ·          Experience of working with Fourth Hospitality or similar HR/Payroll system is essential ·          Manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities demonstrating calm and collaboration in all situations ·          Candidate strong background in payroll processing and data entry ·          Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels ·          Knowledge of legislation regarding tronc guidelines and distribution Why us: Food discount 50% off food and drink at Tattu or Fenix Monday to Thursday up to a table of 4 After reaching 2nd Anniversary and each subsequent anniversary welcomed to dine in any of the Tattu restaurants on us.
