Hr Officer

Your new company Hays is pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Co. Armagh to recruit an HR Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.
As an HR Officer, you will work closely with the HR Manager and gain experience across the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, implementing a new HRIS System, revising existing HR Policies/procedures and assisting with performance and absence management.
