Job Title: HR Officer Location: Belfast Salary: 30k DOE Duration: Full Time / Permanent / Hybrid VANRATH are delighted to be working with a Global Financial Services Firm in the search for a HR Officer to join their growing HR team.
You will support the HR Team to deliver a pro-active HR service to the company employees across the UK/Ireland.

Assist the Recruitment Team, with the coordination and delivery of recruitment processes as required.
Co-ordinating inductions for new joiners, liaising with Practice Team Assistants and session facilitators.
Co-ordinating new joiner days for future Trainees and co-ordinating their induction.
Co-ordinating the Vacation Scheme Ensuring that HR related data is maintained accurately Liaising with the firm's external course provider.
Supporting with monthly payroll processes.
Maintaining employee files.
Supporting the on-boarding of new employees.
Supporting off-boarding processes.
Supporting Parental Leave processes.
Support key processes in the HR cycle Supporting with the completion of NI statutory reports About you: CIPD qualified or HR degree Previous administrative and client service experience is essential.
Previous HR experience and familiarity with HR systems is desirable.
