After an exciting year of growth in 2024 we are now looking to expand our team, and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a role that combines involvement in key HR projects whilst ensuring operational efficiencies and developing the HR team offering.Line manager responsibility - Effectively Lead, develop and motivate one HR advisor, and 2 HR coordinatorsWork with our outsourced HR providers to support our employees in all countries, ensuring we have handbooks and relevant policies Support our senior leaders with complex casework and business changesProvide data for and prepare monthly management information reports.Analyse New Starter and Exit Interview Reviews.Produce monthly HR reports and metricsContinuously monitor and review employment law changes to ensure HR policies, procedures and guidelines are updateTake ownership for our quarterly pulse survey and create action plans for improvementLead wellness and engagement initiatives with support from the wider teamDeliver high quality HR advice to staff and managers in relation to all aspects of the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with policies, employment law and regulationsManage core Employee Relations cases (sickness, performance management, grievances, and disciplinaries)Conduct monthly Absence Analysis and liaise with managers to work on any absence cases.Deal with maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave processes and queries.Deal with day-to-day HR queries through our HR inboxWork with our payroll team to ensure seamless processesContribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, practices, and policiesSupport the Head of HR with a variety of HR projects and improvementsFoster a positive work culture promoting diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.In return you will get the opportunity for progression, 10% annual bonus, Access to a wellness hub with various discounts including discounted gyms, discounted tickets for a variety of sporting events, and hotels CIPD Level 5 or equivalent relevant experienceStrong employment law knowledgePrevious experience leading and motivating a HR teamExperience in developing policies and processesHands on experience working within a HR role and a good understanding of HR Policy & Practice and current employment legislationProven ability to consistently deliver within a fast-moving environmentPassionate about developing their skills and growing with the businessProactive, with excellent attention to detailsThe ability to build strong relationships with employees and line managersExperience working with HR systemsComputer literacy - including good command of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and OutlookExperience managing projects and working on process improvements
