About the Role: As the HR Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and implementing HR policies, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
You'll work closely with our team across all levels to foster a positive and productive work environment.
You will: Manage employee relations, engagement, and HR administration.
Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and employment law.
Manage onboarding processes and support workforce planning.
Lead workforce analysis, policy implementation, and cultural development initiatives.
Improve HR systems and processes for greater efficiency.
Support TUPE processes during acquisitions and collaborate with the finance team on payroll.
Drive employee engagement, welfare activities, and leadership development.
Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and highlight key trends.
Manage staff benefits, performance reviews, and remuneration surveys.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about employee wellbeing and development.
You will be a part of the senior management team within the organisation and ensure staff have a positive environment to deliver the best possible care that our clients deserve.
Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Manager role.
CIPD Level 7 qualification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience managing TUPE processes is advantageous.
