If you are passionate about fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace, we want to hear from you!Role and Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders and line management, providing expert advice on a variety of People solutions, including appraisals and performance management.Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business needs.Develop and update HR policies to support broader business objectives.Champion continuous improvement in Diversity & Inclusion, risk management, and safeguarding practices.Lead employee relations cases as necessary.Effectively manage, coach, and develop a dynamic HR team.Analyse data from HR systems to produce regular reports that inform future HR strategies.Continuously evaluate Employee Reward and Wellbeing programs to maximize their benefit to the workforce.Commit to cultivating a strong, positive, and inclusive culture across teams in line with the company's vision.Skills & Experience Required:Experience in the manufacturing or similar industry is highly desirable.CIPD or other relevant HR qualification.Previous experience in an HR Manager or senior leadership role.Strategic HR experience with a proven ability to diagnose where HR can add value to the business.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders effectively.A committed line manager, passionate about team development.Strong analytical skills, capable of extracting and interpreting crucial data for reporting.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity in Canterbury, please apply for more information!Tiger is B Corp Certified.
