Job Description: We're looking for a proactive and adaptable HR Manager & Executive Assistant to join our team.
This hybrid role will support the board with diary management, coordination, and administrative duties, while also overseeing key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities: HR Manager Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from posting job ads to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance the employee experience.
Support employee relations, providing guidance on policies and resolving any HR-related queries or issues.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Assist in organising training and development initiatives to support employees' growth.
Executive Assistant Duties: Provide high-level administrative support to the board, managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the board, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
Prepare materials for meetings, ensuring that board members are well-prepared.
Handle sensitive information with discretion, acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required by the leadership team.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong HR experience and relevant qualifications, particularly in recruitment, employee onboarding, offboarding, employee relations and employment law.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-motivation.
