We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and drive the People Agenda at our client's Bodmin site, a major player in the food production sector.

• Provide data-driven insights to guide management decisions and enhance performance.
• Mentor site managers, helping them to master people management skills that drive productivity and engagement.

What You Bring: • 3-5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
• Third-level HR qualification or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in strategic workforce planning, people management, and organizational design.
