HR& Employment Law Sales Support Advisor Location: Leicestershire £25,000 dependent on experience Commission Earnings at 1% of all New Business Sales Value Average OTE of c£60,000 per annum JobPurpose Utilising your employment law knowledge and experience, you willprovide crucial HR and employment law advice to prospective clients, throughoutdifferent sectors across Ireland.
You will support Business DevelopmentManagers in their sales meetings, with the aim of showcasing our services tothe prospect.
Job Overview Therole requires you to work in a team providing legally compliant HR advice andsolutions to prospective clients during sales meetings by online video,alongside our Business Development Managers.
Youwill advise on all aspects of HR and Employment Law in order to support thebusiness needs of the individual prospect, whilst highlighting any commercialoptions that are likely to assist them once they become a client.
Youwill also support our Sales and Marketing endeavours with advice and contentsupport via telephone and email.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: ·To participate in sales meetings with our BDMs via video or telephone, andsupport with any HR advice required as part of the process before, during andpost appointment.
To provide initial HR guidance on any live issues theprospect may have, in order to showcase & demonstrate the value of theservice and expertise which is provided to clients and emphasise the value ofany additional support that we're able to provide once the prospect comes onboard.
·Ensure that personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law best practice, andknowledge of the our clients Service is continually updated.
·Develop positive working relationships and maintain proactive contact withBusiness Development Managers and Business Sales Consultant's in relation toprospective clients.
·To log all advice accurately onto the bespoke internal system, taking ownershipand responsibility for handing over cases to our Advisory Team and ensuring thecase is handled in line with internal SLAs and any initial advice given.
Toensure the necessary updates are made on the internal system.
Review client documentation and provide adviceaccordingly taking their applicable internal terms and conditions into accountin each case and offering critique support.
Participateand deliver Company internal training and legal updates to ensure that adviceprovided is best in class and compliant at all times.
Carryout other tasks that are deemed necessary by the Management Team.
