Hr Employee Relations Advisor

Details of the offer

Do you enjoy being the HR subject matter expert, working with the business to deliver sound advice and coaching to drive performance, engagement and wellbeing?
This business has doubled in size over recent years and now, owed to upcoming maternity and some shuffling within the team, we are looking for an ER Advisor to join on a 12 month FTC basis initially.
Dont just take my word for it that people enjoy working here though, the feedback from team members and their retention rates speak for themselves this really is the sort of opportunity that doesnt come along often.
Employee Relations ER Advisor Ashby-de-la-zouch Hybrid 3:2 £35,000 12 Month FTC Full time or 30 hours Reporting to the Head of HR and working as part of a small team, you will be a key focal point for the HR function interfacing with the business.
While based from home or head office, you will support managers across several locations, predominantly with provision of advice on performance, wellbeing and general lifecycle management.
Youll have the support of systems and admin team members to ensure that you have the capacity to deliver a high-quality service, support in a timely manner and build effective relationships to further heighten the already esteemed reputation of the HR function.
As well as supporting stakeholders across the breadth of the business, you will help to identify opportunities for HR interventions and process improvements, working with the wider team and centres of excellence.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for ER savvy HR Advisors who are comfortable in their understanding of employment law, and the impact future changes may have on the business, with strong communication and rapport building skills.
Youll be customer centric and understand that accountability and trust goes both ways when working on confidential or sensitive matters.
Youll be a good problem solver and ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified.
Ability to get to the office 3 days a week is required.
