The HR Director is a crucial role in shaping and guiding the organisation through a period of transformational change.
The HRD coaches the Leader and his Leadership Team as well as provides expertise in key and strategic areas such as Culture - organisational development and design, change management, Leadership effectiveness, Employer Branding, Diversity, Talent, Performance Management, Resourcing, Reward and Recognition, Learning & Development and Engagement.

Responsibilities Works with the Site HR team to deliver HR strategy and associated HR initiatives and processes.in line with business objectives.

•Aligns global strategy to UK/Site business needs and implements, embeds and sustains appropriate policy and initiatives.

•Advises, influences and guides all levels of leadership on HR implications of business strategies and all aspects of people management and leadership.

•Acts as primary contact for all employees based at Morpeth building a strong business relationship with these internal clients and stakeholders while in turn developing a strong understanding of the business.

•Anticipates the need for change and influences change proactively.
Consciously strives to build networks of support for change goals and objectives.

•Collaborates effectively with key stakeholders when implementing organisational development actions to ensure structure and capabilities within the business are effectively managed.

•Participates in functional team engagement activities in line with Bandhanprinciples to promote a diverse, inclusive work environment aligned with Piramal'smission and vision
•Works with L&D in conducting gap analyses and ensures that appropriate career development programs and initiatives are aligned with critical skill development and succession planning for designated functional teams.

•Develops and drives strong Talent Acquisition processes to attract, identify, interview and select qualified candidates for open roles within the business.

•Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach with clear documentation and follow through.
Consults legal resources as appropriate.

•Effectively drive leadership development, management/associate coaching, and performance management.
