Hr Director (Coe'S)

We are currently partnering with a Global Leading not for profit organisation in their search for an experienced People Director.
Our client is going through a significant period of change and transformation, and are looking for this person to join for an initial 12 month period.
This role will play a crucial part in leading the transformation across the businesses COE's globally.
This role is looking to pay £500 p/d outside IR35 and would be open to 4 days a week.
Essential experience/qualifications required: Strong ability to deliver HR System transformation is essential.
Experience providing leadership and support to the People Services team on a global scale.
Ability to lead partner with Senior Stake holders to promote change.
Experience within transformation environments across COE's.
