Data Analysis & Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, surveys, and performance metrics.Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends.HR Process Optimization:Identify areas for improvement in HR processes through data analysis.Collaborate with HR teams to design data-driven strategies for recruitment, retention, and talent management.Workforce Planning & Forecasting:Analyze workforce trends to assist in capacity planning and succession planning.Provide predictive analytics to anticipate hiring needs and identify potential skill gaps.Compliance & Data Integrity:Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Conduct regular audits of HR data systems to maintain consistency and reliability.
