Our dedicated team in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire is expanding, and we're excited to welcome a talented HR Coordinator to our join us.
As a HR Coordinator at Last Mile, reporting directly into our HR Advisor, you will provide an efficient and proactive co-ordination and administration service to the Group HR team.
This will involve working closely with the HR Manager, HR Advisor and Talent Acquisition Team, as well as communicating directly with employees and managers on HR matters.

Document Management: Ensure HR documents are well-organised and securely managed, upholding high standards in document control.
Onboarding & Induction: Help new starters settle in by preparing offer paperwork, verifying right-to-work documents, setting up employee profiles, and leading HR inductions.
HR Systems Support: Act as the primary contact for HR system queries, suggest improvements, and manage support cases to keep systems effective and user-friendly.
Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing each month.
Absence Management: Track absence trends, assist managers with absence management, and prepare essential documentation.
Project & Process Improvement: Assist the HR team with data audits, process improvements, and annual tasks like bonus payments and salary reviews.
Experience / Knowledge: Accuracy and ability to prioritise Ideally previous experience in a HR Administration or Co-ordination role, but applications considered from experienced administrators/coordinators keen to progress a career in HR Qualifications (Desirable): ?CIPD Level 3 or above ?Business administration qualification Have you got the drive to go to the Last Mile as a HR Coordinator?
