Job DescriptionRS Corporate ServicesHR Consultant – Organisational DevelopmentWaverley CourtSalary: £32, - £37,Hours: 36 per weekWe have an opportunity within the Organisational Development team for a highly motivated individual who leads by example.
The successful candidate will demonstrate integrity, flexibility and respect in all they do and will take responsibility for delivering superb outcomes for our colleagues.
Working with other HR Consultants and Senior HR Consultants you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects designing and delivering solutions and campaigns to deliver the commitments in our People Strategy to .The main area of focus for this role will be to support the development and work of our Colleague Networks and Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion activities.If you're passionate about OD and want to continue to develop your skills and experience – this role is for you.
The Human Resources team is based at Waverley Court, but there is a degree of flexibility of working locations, along with an element of home working available in all roles.At the City of Edinburgh Council, we're proud to work together for the people of Edinburgh, making a positive difference to the city and the lives of our residents every single day.
