Learning Change Specialist - Learning Project Management Based in Warwickshire Paying between £45k - £50k + Bonus + Benefits Initial 9 Month FTC Are you a dynamic and skilled Learning Change Specialist looking for an exciting new opportunity?
Our client, a renowned organisation, is searching for a talented individual to join their team and drive impactful learning solutions that support business objectives.
If you excel at delivering high-quality training and development plans, then this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities: Provide expert learning consultancy to business managers, collaborating to identify and agree on learning and development requirements that align with our client's business objectives.
Take the lead in analysing, designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that meet business deliverables, timeframes, and agreed learning objectives.
Manage risks effectively and maximise organisational learning.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with business managers, and HR colleagues to ensure the effective delivery and promotion of learning and development services.
Collaborate with HR to champion and influence people initiatives, ensuring the organisation has the necessary skills, knowledge, and support to implement them successfully.
Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and facilitation services to meet project and business objectives.
Create and coordinate ad hoc learning solutions when necessary to address specific business needs.
Successfully deliver short-term projects and activities according to the standards and outcomes set by your Line Manager.
Qualifications: Certificate in Learning and Development (CIPD) or equivalent qualification.
Degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Experience and Knowledge: Proven experience in a training and development role.
Strong commercial awareness to align learning solutions with business needs.
A track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating effective learning solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in relationship and stakeholder management.
Previous experience in consultancy and influencing roles.
