Job Title: HR Change Improvement Lead Location: Bristol Hours: 37.5 per week, hybrid Catalyst Partners are working with a FTSE 100 business who are looking for a Change Lead to join their dynamic team.
This role drives continuous improvement and optimisation of HR Services globally, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and enhancement of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities Lead HR process design and optimization.
Identify and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders.
Assess and mitigate HR process risks.
Train HR staff on new processes.
Monitor HR process performance.
Manage and participate in projects.
Mentor other professionals in process design and improvement.
Skills and Experience HR process design and controls.
Business process improvement.
Strategic thinking and project management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Data analysis and effective communication.
Stakeholder management and adaptability.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) or similar methodologies.
Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance.
Proven project management and leadership skills.
Experience with HR software (ServiceNow HRSD is a plus).
