Day-to-day you'll be responsible for the site people plan and enjoy a generalist HR role including organisational design, organisational development, employee relations and employee engagement.
The Director wants to move things on, to get better, and to connect with the local community more.

Supported by an HR team of two, there is also a central recruitment team.
With your drive to position your site as an employer of choice, employee engagement will sit front and centre as you lead on their DE&I agenda and build early career plans.
A manufacturing/FMCG background would be ideal but very open to similar sector backgrounds.
