KM4HR have partnered with a nationally recognised business to recruit a change focused HR Business Partner.
With a stakeholder group of circa 2500 employees you will be providing support to all stakeholders working at Line Manager level and above working closely with the HR Director to provide real time, business critical project support.
A key focus of the role will be implementing a companywide complex matrix model.
Experience of working with matrix models and knowledge of the challenges and processes around this is essential.
The company has staff in many disciplines and at various levels, which creates a multi layered reporting system.
Confidence working in similar, volume hiring, potentially blue collar/retail/hospitality area would give you a distinct advantage.
Specifically looking after the Midlands region you will need to be familiar with the M1 corridor and be comfortable not having a permanent base.
You will have the opportunity to work both in regional hubs and more local offices to suit your own requirements.
This is a predominantly onsite position.
Coach senior stakeholders through periods of change to deliver business goals Ensure effective top line management of affected employees to minimise disruption to the business Advise on people policies and processes Challenge proposed changes with people at forefront of decisions Manage union relationships and provide consultation when asked Whilst not your typical blue-collar work environment, HR Business Partners with this experience would suit this role.
Especially HRBP's with experience working with unions, we would really like to hear from you.
Initially this role is being recruited on a 12-month FTC.
A majority of the projects and initiatives will complete in this time which gives you exposure to a wide remit of tasks while being instrumental to the decision-making process.
HR Business Partners looking to work in a more senior capacity will hugely benefit from this role.
