Hr Business Partner – 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

Jensten Group is seeking a commercially focused HR Business Partner to join our dynamic People Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract .
This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our ambitious growth targets and support the delivery of our people goals across the Scotland and North of England.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute a people plan that aligns with business objectives and supports our continued growth.
This role will require travel across the region, allowing you to make a direct impact on our teams and business operations.

You will: Develop and implement a people plan that aligns with the Group HR strategy and business goals.
Coach and support leaders to motivate and develop their teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive organisational development, managing change, and leading on M&A integration and employee relations.
Support talent management, learning and development, and succession planning initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a tailored people plan that addresses key challenges and aligns with business goals.
Build effective relationships with senior management and understand the business and sector to drive HR initiatives.
Lead on organisational development, restructuring, and the integration of acquired businesses.
Analyse HR metrics (e.g.
absence, turnover, employee relations) to guide initiatives and drive performance improvements.
Coach leaders on performance management and ensure employees have the tools they need to succeed.
Create engagement plans to improve retention and enhance key performance indicators.
Act as the subject matter expert on employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, absence management, and performance management.
Identify skills gaps and provide solutions to develop capability and enhance business performance.
Lead on M&A integrations, change programmes, and ad-hoc HR projects.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking an HR professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to manage complex HR initiatives.
You will bring: Proven experience in an HR role, ideally with experience in employee relations and professional services.
A commercial mindset, with the ability to support business goals and drive HR initiatives that deliver results.
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and guide leadership teams.
A CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
