Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters The RoleWorking within the HR Medical and Dental Services Team and with direction from the HR Advisor, the purpose of the role is to assist the Snr HR Assistant in the management of recruitment for career grade doctors including Specialist, Specialty and Locum doctors.
The role will include the administration of the recruitment process from job approval, advert to pre-employment checks and contract.
Interviews are attended to provide HR support.
Our system, Jobtrain, is required to be updated regularly to ensure that KPIs are met.

The post holder should have demonstrable administrative knowledge and experience preferably within a HR environment or within the NHS.The post holder will be required to have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written, be PC literate with the ability to prioritise and adapt in the delivery of major change.The post holder will hold a current and valid UK Driving Licence.
Contract typeFixed Term / Secondment for 6 months.Part-Time30 hoursPlease note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.Please note this is a fixed term post for 6 months.
Where a post only has temporary funding and an existing member of NHS Lanarkshire staff wishes to apply, this will be treated as a secondment.
The employee MUST already have written agreement from their line manager to be released on a secondment before applying for the post.
Location and Working PatternThis role will be based in Kirklands, Fallside Road, BothwellThe working pattern for this role Mon-Thu 9:00-5:00; Fri 9:00-4:30.
