We are delighted to be working in partnership with a long standing client located in Glasgow City Centre who are looking to recruit a strong Administrator / HR Assistant to join them on a full time basis, please note this role is a 6 month fixed term contract.This is a brilliant opportunity for a professional, positive proactive and organised individual who offers strong administration or HR experience who has worked within the professional services sector and supporting a variety of key stakeholders.Our client is able to offer hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office and a salary up to £30k per annum.Your key responsibilities will include:Support with all generalist HR administration tasksMonthly pension administrationSupport with graduate recruitment and summer placement processesTracking application forms and scheduling interviewsAttending recruitment fairsAssist with any HR projectsProduce HR reporting to the wider businessSupport the payroll department with any changesManaging all recruitment activitiesLiaising with agencies, drafting job descriptions and advertsParticipate in shortlisting candidatesFiling and tracking applicationsOrganising interviewsCoordinating and developing induction schedulesRunning inductions for new starters to the businessUpdate the company website with vacanciesUpdating and managing the HR systemProcessing of invoicesSupporting with all Training activitiesLiaise closely with training providersBook training courses, rooms and ordering of refreshmentsCoordinate and circulate training materialsCirculate course feedbackArranging payment of invoicesUpdate CPD trackers and HR systemsCirculating training emailsTo be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following experience /background:Previous experience working within a HR department or strong Administration experience working within the professional services sectorBackground support senior management & key stakeholdersExperience managing a wide variety of administrative tasksExtremely professional and presentable at all timesNaturally positive, proactive and the willingness to take on tasks and work part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organisedAbility to think on your feet and use initiativeProactive and ensure tasks are completed before being askedStrong work ethic with high standards at all timesAbility to work under pressure and juggle a variety of tasksStrong IT Skills and ability to use different systems including MS Office, IntranetAbility to work independentlyWillingness to be flexible and proactiveRewardSalary up to £30k per annumGenerous holiday allowanceExcellent training and a clear career pathPensionLife AssuranceVarious incentives and rewardsHybrid Working – 3 days office basedNext StepsFor further information, please apply by emailing your CV to Utopian Recruitment ASAP.
