As a HR Analytics Manager you will play a key part to oversee and optimise the entire employee lifecycle with a main focus of HR system, metrics and dashboards.
The roles & responsibilities of this HR Analytics Manager role - Oversee and optimise the entire employee lifecycle Analyse HR data and metrics to tell a story to inform decision-making and improve performance within teams (short, medium and long-term planning).
That you have a particular focus on employee onboarding Manage and enhance HR systems, including Wrike & HiBob, To look at strategic projects about automating manual HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Develop and implement strategies to boost employee satisfaction and retention Though a stand-alone role you will work with the global HR team with the VP of HR.
That you will deal with top-line ER and HR contract matters within the UK head office (currently circa 70 staff members) Collaborate with SLT and other stakeholders to align people operations with company goals To be successful in this HR Analytics Manager – 3-6 years of experience in people operations or HR roles, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment You maybe working as an Analyst, HR Ops, Data or People processing role Expertise in HR systems, particularly Wrike, HiBob (though other HRIS will of course be considered) They you operate or have experience in an Operational, analytical, MI reporting People role The you have strong Microsoft Office skillset Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work in a global teams & story tell your data and analytical findings Self-motivating & proactive - you are in a stand-alone role where your Line Manager is based globally Process focused with strong analytical & logical skillset with the ability to use people analytics to direct strategy.
