Hr Advisor - York - Hybrid - 6Month Ftc

H9 Human Resources are seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join our clients People Team as a HR Advisor on a 6-month contract within a large, dynamic organization.
This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record in ER, who can bring a supportive and people-centred approach to guiding managers through complex cases.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a wide range of Employee Relations cases, providing practical and empathetic support to Practice Managers Offer coaching and hands-on guidance, adopting a non-corporate, collaborative approach Operate independently with minimal supervision, leveraging autonomy to make informed, impactful decisions Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong experience in Employee Relations, ideally in a large, complex organization Confident in working autonomously, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset Excellent communication skills, with a supportive and empathetic approach This role offers hybrid working flexibility, with a hybrid option of 2/3 days per week in the office.
The salary on offer is upt to £31500pa.
