Job Description Safran Landing Systems is the world leader in aircraft landing and braking systems and is at the forefront of contributing to safer, more sustainable aviation for current and future generations.
We design, test, manufacture and assemble landing gear used on commercial aircraft including Airbus and Boeing, and UK military aircraft such as the Eurofighter Typhoon.

YOU can be a part of our legacy…You will work closely with the People Partner team to provide HR and administrative support to Safran Group Landing Systems' in line with business and people strategies.
You will advise, guide and coach managers on HR best practice, ensuring consistency in the application of the people policies across the business.
You will be the first point of contact in all people related issues, providing support and guidance across the employee journey, from recruitment & on-boarding, HR policy and procedures, performance management, employee relations and exit processes.
There is a strong focus on HR systems and reporting, with specific accountability for accurate management reporting and system updates.
You will also contribute to the implementation of broader HR initiatives and transform the HR landscape, and support the delivery of our people and culture strategy, ensuring we are a great place to work.
EMPLOYEE JOURNEY• Act as first point of contact for the function and provide day to day advice to employees on HR policies and process, escalating as required to the Senior People Partner.
Manage HR processes across the employee journey, working closely with our Compensation & Benefits team• Working alongside our external recruitment partners, responsible for recruitment activities including raising job requests, contractor management and supporting occasional recruitment events.
Use benchmarking and job evaluation tools to support consistency of grading and salary setting• Coordinate on-boarding activities for new joiners including employment offers, delivering HR inductions and organising Health & Safety training• Support delivery of the annual HR Cycle: this will include Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Recruitment & Retention programs• In collaboration with the Senior People Partner & ER Manager, provide support on employee relations cases including leading on absence management and occupational health referrals, and supporting performance management and disciplinary cases.
Liaise with managers to ensure issues are addressed in a consistent and fair way, coaching where necessary.
INSIGHT AND INTELLIGENCE• Gather and analyse HR data from multiple sources, to create regular management reporting including headcount, resignations and exit interviews, recruitment tracking, contractors, absence management and ad-hoc requests.

Minimum of 5 years HR Experience at HR Advisor level or equivalent You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a customer-focussed mind-set.
Awareness of Data Protection principles and confidentiality.
