Hr Advisor

A Part-time HR Advisor is required to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn.
You will be required on-site Monday - Friday, totalling 24 hours per week.
Working in a small team, responsible for a site of approximately 100 employees.
A key member of the HR Department, you will aid with day-to-day activities surrounding recruitment, absence management and on-boarding.
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for - Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews and completing offers and contracts Managing and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payroll Completing return to work, exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retention Reviewing and updating policies and procedures Attending disciplinaries and grievances, providing note-taking and associated reports Any general HR administration tasks as required Ideally for this HR Advisor role, you will have - Experience with talent management Understanding of the Bradford Factor or similar Strong time management and good initiative Proven experience working in a HR role Due to occasional site visits to a secondary site in Lye, it would be preferable for you to have your own transport.
