Why do we need you?
We're looking for a HR Advisor to join our team to deliver accurate and technical HR support to the managers and directors of MoneyPlus Group in line with legislation, HR policies and best practice.

Responsible for ensuring emails into the HR inbox are answered in line with policy and legislation, and any complex questions flagged to the Head of People.
Provide first line support to managers on a whole range of HR issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and attendance.
Ensure all spreadsheets and trackers are up to date with accurate and real time information.
Develop and maintain a set of HR metrics to drive the improved delivery of the department.
Manage, review and administer the benefits packages for the company, including work perks, Medicash and cycle to work schemes.
Assist with onboarding process to ensure the company employs and retains the right candidates in roles.
Undertake HR project work as required, such as process improvement, document management and template reviews.
Present ideas for improvement that are responsive to current market trends in the people profession.

Desirable Experience & Knowledge Level 5 CIPD qualified or working towards level 5 Experience of using Access HR desirable Minimum 3 years' experience in HR Good HR and Employment Law knowledge Competent in Excel and Word, including VLOOKUP and Mail Merge Are you ready to join us?
