Key Responsibilities: Organising the logistics behind internal & external training courses, including all admin.
Managing the relationships with all training providers and training course attendees.
Employee Relations.
Talent Acquisition and Management.
Prepare annual training budget.
Review and authorise all training invoices and candidate training expenses.
Inducting new starters.
Learning and Development; Succession Planning Human Resources Operations and Systems.
Compensation and Benefits.
Requirements: Ability to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and dependable.
Solves problems in a creative and positive manner energized by dynamic environments and entrepreneurial personalities.
Assists with all levels of work in support of the firm's HR initiatives.
Excellent written, verbal and face to face communication skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and adaptability to rapid growth or change.
Works effectively and professionally with employees in multiple locations.
HR Experience or a demonstratable interest in HR procedures.
Professional certification in Human Resources is advantageous but not essential (e.g.
CIPD).
Proficient in MS Office.
Able to navigate and quickly learn any HR Information System.
University Degree beneficial, but not essential.
Passion for people & training.
Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
