Salary : £27-31k Location : Blair Atholl (main office) and Ballinluig Join our HR team as a Human Resources Assistant!
Based in Blair Atholl with some travel to Ballinluig (own transport required), you'll support the HR/Onboarding Manager across key HR functions, including: HR Admin : Recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, and performance management Employee Support : Provide guidance on HR processes and serve as a contact for staff and managers Data Management : High computer literacy needed for payroll and time management systems Qualifications : CIPD Level 3 (or working toward it-financial support may be available) Strong HR experience and knowledge of UK employment law Benefits : Training and development 28 days holiday (increases with service) Pension scheme, employee discount, and referral scheme To apply, submit your CV or contact Brook Street's Perm team at 01463 729213 for more details.
