HR Advisor (Part Time) We envisage the role being around 30 hours per week (spread over 4-5 days per week), however, depending on work efficiency, candidates who can do a minimum of 25 hours per week spread over 4-5 days will also be considered.
Salary range given is a Full Time Equivalent expression.
Our full-time week is 37.5 hours.

Same as the rest of office employees you'll be able to utilise our perk of hybrid working.
Your main focus will be UK employee group (c. 160), however, occasional remote interactions with international offices will happen on ad-hoc basis.
What will you be doing?
Handling ER cases (as and when they arise).
Looking after employees' lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Utilising HRIS (Workday) to maintain employee records.
Controlling certain employee benefits and e-learning enrolments.
Recruitment: job ad postings and some involvement in candidate selections/ interviewing.
General HR admin tasks.
Policy/procedure reviews on ad-hoc basis as assigned by Head of HR.
Other HR tasks that may reasonably be required.
Your skills & experience Previous experience in handling ER cases and employee onboarding.
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Capable of independently preparing various contractual documents.
Experience in advising line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience with HRIS is preferred, but not required.
A level 5 in Human Resources is preferred, but not required.
What's lacking in experience is made up by keen interest and ability to learn.
