About the opportunity: We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a dynamic and fast-growing organisation in the financial services industry specialising in insurance.
  We're looking for a proactive and skilled HR professional to join our growing team, this is great opportunity for a HR Administrator or Assistant looking to take the next step in their career.
You will play a key role in providing professional and practical HR support to employees and managers, this position is responsible for delivering HR solutions across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  Requirements The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Previous experience within a simlar role within a regulated industry such as insurance or finance would be desirable.
A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
A proactive, hands on and solution-focused approach to challenges.
Can work autonomously, managing their time and priorities effectively.
Certification such as CIPD level 3 is preferred.
A willingness to travel to regional sites and offices.
  Benefits   In return we are offering: A competitive salary between £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
Flexible working - Remote with occasional travel to sites and offices.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
