As our HR Advisor , you will provide advice and guidance in all areas of HR including disputes, employee relations, and performance, as well as supporting the management of cases, using your initiative, and managing your own workload.
You'll proactively seek ways to improve the HR service and optimise efficiencies, ensuring a consistent approach is applied across all functions of the organisation.

This role is part-time, working 29.6 hours per week. What You'll Be Doing Working collaboratively across the forces, with stakeholders to maintain relationships and deliver the unit priorities. Providing professional advice to managers and staff on all employment-related matters. Actively promoting wellbeing initiatives and how they can be applied in the workplace to help maximise the wellbeing of our teams. The must-haves Experience of day-to-day HR activities and ability to provide advice on HR and legal matters. Able to manage a complex caseload using a risk-based approach. Experience dealing with sensitive situations using a proactive mindset to maintain relationships and communicate effectively. What's in it for you?
