An NHS organisation in the South of England is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join on an initial 6-month contract. The successful candidate will have experience in Employee Relations and senior stakeholder management, and an enthusiastic approach to learning new processes. This role will be dealing with sensitive issues and a large ER caseload.
Please note there would be a requirement to drive for this position; the on-site requirements are meeting-dependent, though might require some cross-site travel from the headquarters (mileage expenses paid).
Rate: £23.59 Umbrella per hour
Contract length: 6 months initially
Location: Multi-site, South of England
Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week
Essential criteria Extensive experience in senior stakeholder management and employee relations Driving license and access to a car CIPD qualified, or working towards Desirable criteria Previous experience of working in an NHS organisation, or the wider Public Sector Duties and responsibilities: Advise and support managers on investigations, including grievance, disciplinary, and bullying and harassment cases Assess options and advise and support managers in the preparation of documentation for disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance meetings Attend informal and formal meetings/hearings as necessary, and advise on management reports and correspondence in accordance with Trust procedures Ensure that appropriate information is captured and maintained in the ER tracker to enable accurate monitoring and reporting Take notes at relevant meetings where appropriate and provide advice to managers to ensure the standard of note-taking and record-keeping on all ER matters is high and compliant with GDPR obligations Build effective relationships with local trade union/staff side representatives Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
