HR Advisor needed in Basingstoke Paying £19.18 per hr Ref 5259012 Full time hrs on a temporary basis Provide expert HR advice and guidance to all areas of the business, supporting managers in dealing with people matters and enhancing overall performance.
Key Responsibilities: Report to the Employee Relations Specialist, providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance.
Utilise management information and trend analysis to support performance management.
Liaise with the People team to stay informed about department priorities and initiatives, supporting their implementation across the organisation.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and partnering agencies to contribute to corporate objectives.
Support HR Business Partners with organisational change outcomes, including restructures, changes to T&C's, redeployment, outplacement, redundancy, and TUPE transfers.
Manage employee relations (ER) issues arising from organisational changes.
Ideal Requirements: CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in HR.
Strong understanding of employee relations and organisational change processes.
