Develop at pace or possess a strong understanding of our HRiS (Fusion) to?deliver training to People Managers across the UK ?
Ensure a consistent exit interview process across the UK with a clear process for the gathering of data to be shared with the BP team and stakeholders Support on flexible working applications across the UK and identifying improvements and a consistent outcome approach Work closely with HR Ops to?review?and?update?policies to ensure?alignment with legal?obligations Induction and onboarding program identify current practices and the benchmark of what good looks like working as part of a project team to develop and launch a consistent program across the UK Talent & Succession planning working closely with HRBP team on the road map for upskilling people managers WHAT WE OFFER Join Intertek and become part of our global network of inspiring and entrepreneurial colleagues.
