Here at GXO, we're looking for 12 months , permanent HR Advisor to join us on our busy operation in Crick .
You'll provide timely, effective, and comprehensive HR support to line managers at GXO Crick, addressing both the immediate and long-term needs of the site.
This includes developing and implementing the HR strategy in alignment with the agreed-upon Business Unit and GXO Logistics strategies.
You will be working Monday – Friday , days, with some flexibility required.
This is logistics after all!
Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £38,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

What you'll do on a typical day: Continually ensure that all activities add value and contribute to the overall site people plan To provide quality advice and consultancy support to line managers on employee relations e.g.
managing discipline and grievance matters to ensure the fair and equitable treatment of all employees in addition to managing Trade Union Recognition and Representation claims To ensure that data and records are reviewed and accurate i.e.
personnel files To proactively monitor and provide the HR Business Partner with management information relating to HR matters e.g.
HR statistics for employee headcount, turnover and absence What you need to succeed at GXO: Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity preferred and a generalist background.
Must have a good commercial focus Good knowledge of Employment Law, good use of Microsoft Office and HR database.
