Key Responsibilities: Preparing job offers and offer packs together with other contractual documentation as requested.
Carrying out credit checks, as appropriate Ensuring that all new staff provide documents to prove that they have the right to work in the UK Processing new employees through the referencing procedure and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place prior to commencement and advising the relevant team member of any difficulties Sending welcome emails to managers advising of holiday entitlement, HR System login, policies and procedures etc Setting up new starters on the HR system and providing onboarding details Maintaining departmental activity report Dealing with holiday entitlement queries and undertaking the annual calculation of holiday entitlements Supporting the Performance Review process including chasing the return of paperwork and reporting General ad-hoc regional queries (e.g., providing copies of employee information as requested) Support where necessary the administering of the annual salary review process Administering the periodic contract roll-out Ensuring that any information relating to staff or the Group is treated in the strictest of confidence and in accordance with the Group's policies and procedures and the Data Protection Act 1998 Working within and promoting compliance with the Group's Equality and Diversity policy in all areas What are we looking for: Motivational Good communication Organised Hardworking Adaptable Leadership Working in line with LRG's Values.
