Salary - LLT Support Staff Scale 25 £25,274 FTE Base: This is a Trust role which requires the post holder to work at both Colleges. The successful candidate can be based at either Richard Taunton College (Southampton) or St Vincent College (Gosport). This will be further discussed on appointment.
We are currently seeking a highly organised, efficient and customer focused HR Administrator to join our friendly, professional and busy HR and Payroll team. Reporting to the Resourcing and People Services Manager, the HR Administrator will provide administrative support on all aspects of HR.
Key Responsibilities: Triage of all HR queries and referrals as appropriate; Data entry on our HR/Payroll software; Please refer to the job description for main duties and responsibilities of the post.
A background working in an administrative role would be preferred, but it is not essential. The HR Administrator will be able to manage a busy and varied workload, be confident to work on their own initiative and have the ability to bring a positive and professional approach to interactions with a wide range of internal and external contacts.
Accuracy and an eye for detail are vital, alongside organisation and time management skills, to ensure deadlines are met. Our ideal candidate will be someone with focus who is used to working in a busy and varied office environment where no two days are the same.
All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
