Our established client provides home support, supported living, and emergency accomodation throughout the country.
Their dedicated HR team are looking for an administrator to join them in supporting the onboarding process and employee lifecycle.
Your new role   The HR Administrator will consistently prioritise high-quality, accurate, and timely administrative tasks to ensure smooth recruitment and employment processes.
You will provide proactive and responsive HR support to the HR Manager and other managers across the company, particularly in staff recruitment, selection, and employment terms and conditions.
You will be responsible for the handling of employee documentation and keeping databases up to date in line with company regulations.
As well as this, you will support the HR team with events, interviews, job descriptions, adverts, and undertake PVG/Disclosure Scotland checks.
You will manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding and throughout their journey with the organisation.
You will be the point of contact for new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and offering ongoing support.
Working hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with hybrid working offered after a settling in period.
What you'll need to succeed   A qualification in HR and/or Administration.
The ability to work on your own initiative and handle administration effectively.
An organised and methodical approach.
To be highly flexible, in order to handle a varied workload.
Willingness to develop self and others.
A friendly and clear written and verbal communication style.
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft packages.
