Our client based in Shrewsbury is looking to recruit a Housing Support Worker on an ongoing basis.
You will be responsible for the overall management of supporting vulnerable service users.
Key Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker: ?
Offer targeted housing related support to eligible customers in order to promote their independence ?
Assess customers for support eligibility and agree support tasks ?
Regularly review the progress of support, and report on outcomes achieved ?
Prompt and encourage customers to establish and maintain settled lifestyles ?
Support customers with money management including debt counselling, claiming benefits, and accessing money advice ?
Support customers to comply with the conditions of their tenancy and engage with the communities they live in Essential criteria of the Housing Support Worker: ?
Previous experience within a support role ?
Full UK Driving Licence ?
Enhanced DBS Immediate start available.
