Housing Support Operations Manager (Covering Gwynedd, Ynys Môn & Conwy) - 37Hrs Pw

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our diverse support services that cover Gwynedd, Conwy and Ynys Môn. You will be managing a team of over 20 staff and overseeing two supported young people's projects as well as various supported housing schemes and large floating support contracts.   In all areas you will be ensuring that high-quality, trauma-informed support is provided across all services, embedding safety, trust and empowerment.We seek an experienced, empathetic leader with expertise in multi-agency collaboration and trauma-informed approaches.Candidates must hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK.Interviews will be held in Bangor on 13 January 2025.
